National Network Codesign

Beginning in 2021, Collabforge has worked with the National Centre for Clinical Research on Emerging Drugs (NCCRED) and the Prompt Response Network to create Australia’s first, national network focused on reducing harm from novel illicit drugs. This was achieved by partnering with NCCRED to deliver a nationwide, facilitated codesign process to establish the Prompt Response Network’s program of activities and its enabling technology. This includes participation from agencies and organisations from every Australian state and territory and involves the design and development of both human networks and technology systems.

As part of this work, Collabforge built TheKnow.org.au, a public-facing website, designed to share critical insights from the Prompt Response Network. The Know’s mission is to provide clear and timely information about emerging drugs of concern for consumers, clinicians and harm reduction service providers. The back-end of the website’s content management system was customised to reduce noise and ensure pages were dynamic, while still being easy for the team to update and manage.
