Engagement Strategy & Delivery

Beginning in early 2021, Collabforge has worked with NRM Regions Australia to develop and deliver an engagement strategy aimed at leveraging its extensive national network of member organisations, to deliver the board’s strategic agenda. This involves a range of community of practice groups (CoPs), an online member’s hub, NRM Regions Australia led events, information sessions and a public online knowledge hub. This strategic approach helps mitigate the geographical isolation of its members, support their access to knowledge and each other, while helping support and drive new and existing partnerships between NRM groups, industry, agriculture and community.
